Bootle Magistrates' Court

14th June 2019

Worth Every Penny!

I was arrested on suspicion of drink driving having blown over the legal limit at the roadside. Having being taken to the police station I was rushed into the breathalyzer room to provide a sample and blew 42, just over the legal limit. The Police officers  told me I basically had no chance and should plead guilty, however having come across the MAJ youtube channel I decided to contact the team to see what my options were. Almost immediately Conor noticed several problems with the police procedure throughout the case and suggested i challenge the evidence and plead not guilty. Thank God i listened as about a week before my trial the case was dropped due to their failure to serve the evidence. Without the support and expert knowledge of the MAJ team i would have blindly pleaded guilty despite numerous errors. All i can say is always challenge the evidence, because like me, your case may be dropped.

Thanks again,
