Failing to provide case dismissed

What an incredible outcome! I couldn’t have hoped for anything more. I’ll admit when I first contacted M.A.J Law I was hesitant about what could be done. I refused to provide a sample at the police station because I thought I’d be over the limit (stupid I know). I was sent to court and ended up representing myself at the first court hearing. Whilst I was waiting to go into court I found M.A.J Law on Google, gave them a call and spoke to David McChrystal. He talked me through all my options and explained that I could still defend the case. He advised that I check all the evidence and plead not guilty. I took his advice.

The case was adjourned for a trial in 3 months’ time. After the hearing I called David back and instructed the firm. They quickly contacted the court because I’d made a mess of the hearing. They resolved any confusion and handled my case effectively.

Shortly before the trial the CPS dropped the charge against me. I received a copy of the letters M.A.J Law sent to the CPS and it’s no wonder they crumbled. Their knowledge of the law is impressive. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in a similar situation. Thanks!
