Rugby World Cup drink-drive warning

M.A.J. LAW
10 September 2015

Rugby fans around the country have been warned – make sure you’re not over the limit the morning after watching a World Cup game.

Starting Friday, September 18, the Rugby World Cup is being used as reminder of the consequences of drink-driving especially the morning after.

If you are drinking any amount of alcohol, it is worth considering how long it takes for alcohol to pass through the body.

Police forces across the country are reminding motorists who plan on driving after drinking, will need to plan ahead and seek alternative transport especially the following morning if they have to travel to work or the school run.
