M.A.J. Law move to a ‘new’ office – The Old Grammar School

Back to School – M.A.J. Law move to victorian Grammar School

M.A.J. Law Solicitors – specialists in motoring defence – have moved to new offices.

As a rapidly expanding criminal defence practice, the previous offices (located on Widnes Road, Widnes) quickly became too small for the thriving workforce. In August 2016, the firm made the decision to up sticks and move to a four story victorian office complex – an old grammar school, in fact. The move forms part of the firm’s ongoing expansion and represents their commitments to the community.

The Office is located at 23 Derby Road, Widnes.

Marcus Johnstone, the firm’s founder, said: “The Old Grammar School is an iconic building within the local community. Its architectural distinction and historical significance makes it a great honour to work here. We chose The Old Grammar School because we believe it can accommodate our ambitious growth plans for years to come. “.

M.A.J. Law has taken on five new members of staff over the previous four months. With further recruitment and expansion plans on the cards, the management team wanted an office that reflected the firm’s status as the UK’s leading family-run motoring defence firm.
