Sky Sports presenter charged with drink driving, police have confirmed.

 

Sky Sports presenter, Kirsty Gallacher, has been charged with drink driving after being spotted by police “driving erratically”. The alleged offence is said to have taken place at around 11:30am in Eaton, Berkshire on 12th August 2017.

The presenter will appear at Slough Magistrates’ Court 4th September 2017. Drink driving carries a maximum penalty of 6 months in prison and a £5000 fine. The minimum period of disqualification is 12 months. The News agency may also take ‘internal action’.
